Mr. Cliff Lee is a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Indirect Tax Practice for the Greater Toronto Area.  Prior to joining KPMG, Cliff was a GST/HST rulings officer with Canada Revenue Agency. Cliff holds an LL.B., with a specialty in taxation law and has also served as a tutor for the CICA’s In-Depth GST Course.
