Submission Guidelines
Format: Shoot a 2–5 minute film entirely on your smartphone.
Flexibility: You are welcome to use existing video footage, provided it fits this year's theme and was captured within the last two years.
The Prize: A $1,500 top prize and the chance to have your work showcased at the prestigious TESTT
Annual Gala on April 11.
