Job description of the organizational chart of the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce:

Membership meeting of the highest organization: composed of members of all Taiwanese chambers of commerce, electing and recommending candidates for promotion of conference affairs

Council: To promote the affairs of the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce, the composition of the members is analyzed as follows

會長

於每年會員大會投票選出(任職一年)

理事

由每年會員大會選舉產生（任期二年）

秘書長

由現任會長推派現職理事一位擔任(任職一年)

副會長

由現任會長推派現職理事三位擔任(任職一年)

輔導會長

由卸任之前會長擔任（任期一年）

當然理事

由青商會會長及副會長擔任(任職一年)

候補理事

於每年台商會年會改選，由大會會員投票選出(任職一年)

贊助理事

非台灣籍之商業人士參與，於大會會員投票選出(任職一年)

理事顧問團隊

所有卸任之台商會前會長組成

榮譽會長

由現任會長推薦，商屆資深專業人士，經理事會投票同意後擔任

榮譽顧問

由現任會長推薦，商屆資深專業人士，經理事會投票同意後擔任

秘書處

設秘書一人，處理會務 (全職人員)

會計部

會務內外帳目、採購 (秘書處秘書擔任)

文宣組

例文槁設計、美工、編輯等(副秘書長擔任：組員招集)

活動組

例康樂、佈置等(副秘書長擔任：組員招集)

公關組

例媒體連繫等(秘書長擔任：組員招集)

會務組

會務推廣及會員連繫(兩位副會長擔任：組員招集)
