Jenny is a seasoned real estate professional and entrepreneur with over 18 years of business leadership experience. She is Broker of Record at 168 Realty, specializing in residential and commercial property transactions, investment consulting, and property management. Since earning her real estate license in 2012, her sharp market acumen and client-first approach have earned her a sterling reputation, especially in assisting new immigrants with settling down and investing.

She is also the Co-founder and Director of Kingleke International Inc., originating from the 1996 founding of Tea Shop 168 Group and officially established as Kingleke in 2019, now one of the leading bubble tea material and equipment suppliers in Canada and the USA. Jenny leads her team with integrity and pursuit of quality, maintaining steady growth and continuous innovation. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and is dedicated to fostering diverse and inclusive business communities.

Originally from Taipei, Mike has called Canada home for 33 years and is the General Manager of Chuang's Company Ltd. He has also served as Vice President of the Toronto Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce for the 30th and 31st terms.

Mr. Chuang has devoted nearly 30 years of passion and effort to the food wholesale industry. Throughout these rewarding and challenging years, he has honed sharp business acumen and decision-making skills, while also developing a deep appreciation for the boundless allure of cuisine. He believes that good food is not only a sensory delight but also a medium for cultural exchange and heritage. This belief has led him to develop a special fondness for diverse cuisines from various ethnic backgrounds, through which he experiences the unique charm and essence of different cultures and broadens his own perspective.

Taiwan’s high mountain oolong tea holds a special place in his heart. Whenever possible, he enjoys sharing tea and conversation, discussing and exchanging culinary cultures, and fostering greater interaction and collaboration.

Richard is the principal architect and visionary founder of OMD Architecture & Design and Hus Group, practicing a cross-disciplinary, human-centered approach to design.

He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s in Urban Planning from Concordia University. His professional experience ranges from Taiwan and Argentina to LA, Milan, Taipei, Costa Rica, and now Toronto, shaping a design perspective rooted in cultural diversity and lived experience.
Richard is also a partner at Italy’s Design Editions and a founding member of Milan’s 15–17 Associates.

Outside work, Richard enjoys connecting with people who appreciate great design, cuisine, and laughter. He co-manages OMD with his wife and is the proud father of two young boys.

Yuli Wang is a seasoned multicultural marketing expert with over twenty years of experience in Canada's multicultural sector, specializing in impactful community outreach and large-scale event management. Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish, she currently serves as Group Account Director at Balmoral Multicultural Marketing, where she leads cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth and build deep connections with diverse cultural communities. Her extensive project portfolio includes executing national marketing campaigns serving Sobeys' major supermarket banners—covering more than 500 FreshCo, Chalo! FreshCo, Sobeys, and Safeway locations across Canada.

She is also Co-owner of 2Fish Consulting, a firm specializing in community public relations, event marketing, and management.

Beyond her marketing profession, Yuli is an avid traveller and a certified travel consultant with Expedia Cruises.

Anna Hsiao is a finance professional with over 15 years of experience in banking and financial services. She currently serves as a Mortgage Specialist at RBC, focusing on residential lending, credit analysis, and client relationship management. Previously, as a Senior Commercial Account Manager, she worked extensively with business owners and high-net-worth clients, specializing in helping them achieve their business and financial goals through integrated financial solutions.

In business development, she brings strong capabilities in client acquisition and relationship management. She places great value on long-term trust and excels at building solid partnerships with internal colleagues, professional referral partners, and clients. Over the years, she has steadily built a stable, high-quality client base through proactive market expansion and a deep understanding of client needs.

She holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and is a CFA Charterholder, combining business strategy, financial analysis, and risk management to provide advice grounded in each client's overall needs. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Japanese, she has a deep understanding of the Asian client market and the business-owner community, and remains committed to building long-term, valuable client relationships.

Sam Chiang came to Canada at the age of 14 as a young international student, studying in Montreal and Toronto. He graduated from York University and earned an MBA from North Carolina State University. After returning to Taiwan, he entered the semiconductor and technology industry, serving at Innolux for 20 years before co-founding Chi-Chu Materials Technology with a close friend—a venture that uses eco-friendly materials to create ideal outdoor living spaces, combining enterprise, service, and social contribution.

In 2025, for the sake of his family and his children's education, he returned to Toronto after 23 years away, establishing a trading company with his partners to bring premium Canadian products to the Taiwanese market and create value and service.

In addition, Sam has served as a Scout volunteer for over 10 years and currently serves as a Scout Leader with the Maple Chinese Scout Group, dedicated to nurturing children and youth into globally minded world citizens. He warmly welcomes everyone to join the group.

Olivia Wang is a professional and business owner with over 14 years of experience in Canada's financial lending sector. She spent 11 years at major Canadian banks including BMO, CIBC, and RBC, building deep, hands-on expertise in banking and lending. She currently serves as Business Development Director at Benjamin's Venture, specializing in residential and commercial mortgage planning across Canada's six major banks and committed to providing clients with the most suitable and efficient financing solutions.

Over the years, Olivia has helped nearly 2,000 families successfully obtain residential and commercial loans, supporting them in settling down, acquiring property, and achieving their entrepreneurial goals in Canada. She firmly believes that finance is not merely about numbers and loans, but a responsibility to help families build their futures and realize their dreams—and being able to contribute her part gives her a deep sense of accomplishment and purpose.

Beyond her financial expertise, Olivia is also the Owner of two The Alley locations in Canada, actively engaged in brand management and business development, combining financial expertise with real-world entrepreneurial experience. She excels at resource integration, networking, and business collaboration, and is passionate about Taiwan–Canada business exchange and community development. In her spare time, she enjoys Pilates, golf, tennis, and shooting sports—reflecting a confident, healthy, and energetic side beyond her professional life. Looking ahead, she hopes to leverage her financial and entrepreneurial experience to create more opportunities for collaboration and value for TESTT.
