TESTT is honoured to host the Toronto stop of the 2026 International Tour of Taiwan Eats × Mandarin Learning — a flagship North American stop on this year's national tour!
Join us for a bilingual cooking demonstration led by two award-winning Taiwanese chefs, pairing authentic Taiwanese cuisine with hands-on Mandarin learning:
👨🍳 Head Chef Chang Ko-Chin (張克勤) — Executive Chef of Caesar Park Resort Kenting's Bade Forest Hot Spring Resort, President of the Taiwan Youth Chefs Association, Champion of the inaugural World Youth Culinary Championship
👨🍳 Sous Chef Lu Kai-Yuan (路凱源) — Executive Chef of Tien Hsiang Lo at The Landis Taipei, founder of the RONG 17 dining brand, recipient of the Chevalier medal from the Asia-Pacific gourmet community
